PTR Manufacturing is a 45,000-sq. ft. modern
contract manufacturing facility located in Union City, California. We
serve the High Tech community in the Bay Area and Texas for semiconductor,
medical, electronics and commercial industries. Since our inception in
1994 we have been providing our customers with total solutions for
machining, sheet metal, welding and assemblies.
In addition, we also provide our customers with the value added
services and full engineering support. We can help with designing for
manufacturability, improved performance, correct print errors, cost
reduction and lead-time reduction to name a few. We have the capabilities
to work with CAD files for rapid proto-typing. We routinely work with
engineers to improve their drawings and help them achieve what they want
in a cost-effective and quick turn around environment. Our Quality systems
are modeled after ISO 9001 and are MIL-I-45208 compliant.
We are dedicated to making continuous improvement. In 1999 we
reorganized and invested in new machinery, computers, networks and JobBoss
MRP software. All of which are Y2K compliant.
