Outside Sales Rep.

We are looking for a bright and self-motivated outside sales representative with 3 or more years experience in the semiconductor and solar power industry. Please note that our company manufactures products per customer's specifications (engineering prints), and offers machining related services (such as assembly and welding). Individuals with a mechanical or a machining background would be a plus. 

Main responsibilities: 
--Actively pursue new accounts in the fields of semiconductor industry, solar power, medical, and aerospace. In addition, follow up on all communications and requirements related to setting up new accounts.
--Act as the primary contact for new and existing customer accounts, and work with those customers to build long term relationships.

Shipping/Receiving Coordinator

We are also looking for a well-organized individual to perform Shipping, Receiving, Packing and Inventorying duties. Individuals interested need to be computer literate and have a strong attention to detail. 

Main responsibilities:
--Assembling orders and assisting the Shipping Department with parts organization, packaging, and tracking
--Preparing and ensuring that all shipping and receiving documents and labels are completed accurately and in a timely manner
--Communicating with truck drivers as necessary to schedule shipments to customers and pickups from vendors; and ensuring drivers depart and return with the appropriate paperwork
